Erika Crusade Hoffman-Kiess, Country Coordinator, Cisco Networking Academy Program – Bangladesh.  (MPA – Maxwell School, Syracuse University; BA – Political Science, Goucher College)

Ms. Hoffman-Kiess joined the JOBS / IRIS Project in Dhaka, Bangladesh in February 2003, to facilitate the start-up of Cisco Networking Academy classes in the country.  Prior to joining JOBS, she worked in Bangladesh as a coordinator and facilitator for a conference on Bangla literature and culture, and with Save the Children, documenting the proceedings of the annual meeting of the international Healthy Newborn Partnership.  In addition, Ms. Hoffman-Kiess brings broad management experience from a diverse range of projects and roles:  museum accreditation, historic site management, coordination and start-up of an English-language library in Lisbon, Portugal, and as area coordinator and advisor for an international student exchange program.
