JOBS believes in
human resource development and gives a
high priority to this arena,
providing training since inception. Training is considered an
integral part of the JOBS Project and is defined as a systematic
change in the knowledge, skills, attitude and / or behavior patterns
of a person or a group of people. Entrepreneurs require training to
perform the planned business activities and run their business in an
effective and efficient way in order to achieve sustainable growth
and expansion of their enterprise. Training provide capacity
development assistance to address requisite need of the
participants. Training also works to explore
and expand the human capabilities within targeted sectors, allows
participants to realize their potentials. |
