Shahidullah worked with the JOBS as a Manager of the Training
component since 1999. He is responsible for designing
training, assessment of the training needs of the targeted
audience, design & develop training course curriculum,
training module & training materials, organize, facilitate &
conduct training courses for the PNGO’s staff and
entrepreneurs, develop the capacity of PNGO’s staff, ensure
the quality training for achieving PNGO’s as well as JOBS
objectives and goal.
He
developed a large number of need based Training course
curriculum, module & materials including Entrepreneurship
Development and Business Management (EDBM), Enterprise
Development Training (EDT) and Management Development Training
(MDT) and recently he developed Training course curriculum on
International Trade Fair (ITF) along with the relevant
materials.
