Ms Mafruha Alam joined Micro Enterprise
Development Team as an Assistant Manager in 1999. After two
years of working with program, she shifted to the Training
Team as a Training Specialist. She is assigned to identify the
appropriate training needs of the entrepreneurs along with
other stakeholders, develop training modules, packages and
implement those to the identified project participants with
ensuring quality. She contributing lot in developing capacity
of the partner organizations, ‘technical know how’ to the
entrepreneurs and sharing JOBS experience/expertise to others
as a BDS providers.
Before joining JOBS, she worked
for RD-9 Project, Rangpur and Association for Social
Organization and Development (ASOD), Rangpur. During this
period she gained expertise and experience on non-formal
education, formation of federation, training program
implementation, health and family planning, EPI/MCH and
homestead gardening.
