 Mr. Khan has been working as Deputy Manager, and responsible for the overall management and follow-up activities both at the office and at the field for effective and efficient operation of the JOBS program. He is also responsible for Carrying out field trips to the Subcontractors/ Partner organizations and their member entrepreneurs for observing the program activities and also assisting for proper implementation of the program efficiently, solving identified problems such as management view, proper concept of JOBS objective of FS and EDWs, proper record keeping system etc and finally preparing the field monitoring reports considering the program status, staff and management aspects, entrepreneurs perspectives, development between the former and current visit etc. and submitting the report to the senior management of the JOBS program.
